Standard Ballroom

Ballroom dancing usually refers to all forms of partner dancing that is danced both socially and competitively.

In the dancesport arena, ballroom is divided into International Standard and International Latin. International Standard Ballroom dancing includes waltz, tango, foxtrot, Viennese waltz and quickstep.
